It is important to understand that we are not proposing to replace any fundraising efforts you already have in place, we want to add to them. If there are items you already offer your membership we will not include those items in our store on-line. The slopeswag.store features quality products specific to your non-profit interest and are customizable with your organization’s unique brand. Many of them are products not typically leveraged by non-profit organizations to raise funds, and we will be continually looking for additional items to offer. The slopeswag.store line of products expands your ability to reach more customers, members, and donors while exposing your brand in a broader way to the marketplace.     About Our Pricing

    Profitability is essential when selling products to raise funds, but delivering a quality product at a fair price is essential as well as to ensure repeat customers.

    Finding the best production and fulfillment partners is essential to overall profitability. To maximize profitability and to eliminate inventory and warehousing expenses, we use only companies that print-on-demand and drop-ship from their production plants directly to our customers. Our partners are all U.S.A.-based to support our own economy and offer top-tier product/production quality, highly efficient turn times, and keep shipping costs to a minimum.

    What Your Organization Gets Back

    The Swag Fundraising promise is to donate fifty percent (50%) of the net profit from the sale of your branded items back to your non-profit organization. Additionally, and original slopeswag.store designed items from our Swag Collections or Swag Categories purchased on the same ticket as one or more of your organization’s branded items, ten percent (10%) of the net profit from those slopeswag.store items will be donated as well. The remaining profits are retained by slopeswag.store to keep it financially healthy and growing.

    What We Need from Your Organization

    Honestly, not much is needed. However, to achieve success for both of us with this program we do request that your organization help with a few extremely important organizational and marketing tactics. Here is what we request:

    • A single point of contact with your organization assigned to the program for requests and information
    • Access to your organization’s brand files (primarily your logo, photos, other brand support graphics)
    • As part of marketing your products on slopeswag.store, we ask that your club include simple promotional messaging linking readers directly to your store front on slopeswag.store, e.g. newsletters, direct mail, emails to membership, a link on your website pointed directly to your store front on slopeswag.store, exposure on tables or booths at club meetings or conferences you attend (slopeswag.store generic promotional flier – provided by us), slopeswag.store table at special events, e.g. tournaments, competitions, festivals (if/when possible or appropriate)
    • (Optional) In support of marketing efforts slopeswag.store may employ to drive traffic to your club store, we request a spreadsheet of your membership list. Note: Any data provided will be used solely to promote your club store and branded merchandise to your brand community and would not be shared or sold. Additionally, we request contact information and/or referrals to associations/affiliations you participate with that may be helpful in driving traffic to your club store and extending the reach of your club brand and products to a broader audience.
